NEON ELASTIC PRIMER

Acrylic copolymer emulsion-based, exterior top coat elastic primer “with perfect flexibility”.

• Forms a binding bridge between the paint and the surface and decreases paint consumption.
• Prevents the carbonates formed on fresh concrete surface to damage the paint and cause it to blister.
• The flexible form of perfectly matches with Neon Elastic Texture Plus and Neon Elastic Texture Max.
• 7-12 m² in a single coat per liter depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the application surface.
• It can be stored in its unopened package for 3 years, in a cool and dry place, away from frost and direct sunlight.
